Terms & Conditions

• Services Provided:

a. Multiple design services for the home including but not limited to:

• Design consultations

• Space planning

• Recommendation of materials and furnishings

• Project management in selected cases​​

• Multiple design services for the home including but not limited to:

  • Design consultations

  • Interior design and related purchasing recommendations

  • Services & products from designated construction compaies or contractors as may be needed

  • Serving client by any other means deemed necessary to achieve completion of the client's needs.

• ​​Booking and Payment:

a. Virtual Clients: To secure a booking, full payment per service is required. Payments can be made via listed credit cards, (Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Discover).

b. On-Site Clients: At the time of the initial appointment, an hourly fee will be charged.  Fee will be set when appointment is made. Clients located beyond a 25-mile radius from RPS office (85396) shall be responsible for all costs of 1) transportation (including airfare, car rental) and 2) lodging as might be required.

• Cancellation, Refund and/or Rescheduling Policy

a. Virtual Clients:

• More than 5 Days:  If cancellation occurs more than 5 days from the scheduled Zoom appointment, client will be eligible to reschedule or receive a full refund.

• Less than 5 Days: If cancellation occurs five (5) days or less from the scheduled Zoom appointment, client may reschedule a new appointment or receive a refund of any unused payment.

• No-shows: A ‘no show’ at the time of virtual Zoom conferencing will forfeit any refund.

b. On-Site Clients:​​ Client and/or Designer may cancel a long-term agreement at any time providing all paid services have been rendered and for which all services and products have been paid.

• Liability

a. RPS is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of our services.

b. RPS is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during our services.

• Privacy:

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying you directly.

• Governing Law:  These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona.

• Intellectual Property: All designs, photos, plans and materials presented remain the intellectual property of the interior designer unless permission has been otherwise granted by the designer.

• Dispute Resolution:

  • Resolution Process: Any disputes will be addressed through negotiation or mediation.

  • Attorney's Fees: If any party employs counsel, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney's fees and court costs.

  • Any judgement or final order issued in any legal proceeding, the "prevailing party" shall mean the party detrmined by the court to most nearly prevail and not necessarily the party in whose favor a judgement is rendered. 

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona.

• Property Off Preminse:

  • The client agrees to maintain the replacement coverage for client's property of any kind that client has permitted to leave the premises for upgrades and transported by Consultant and/or Independent Contractor.​

• Successors: 

  • This agreement shall be binding on and inure to the benefit of the parties and their successors and assigns.​

• Client Responsibilities:

  • Information: Provide accurate and complete information required for the project.

  • Access: Ensure access to the site as needed for consultations and inspections.

  • Decisions: Make timely decisions regarding design choices and approvals to avoid delays.

  • Pets: For on-site appointments, please secure pets in a separate area.

  • Photos: The Client agrees no photos of designers' work will be published without the consent of the Consultant.
